BEQ/PDC, H-100 Conversion

DESCRIPTION:

This project consisted of renovation converting third through sixth floors into 80 bachelor enlisted quarters units. Amenities in each unit include a separate, fully-equiped kitchen and living room area. The second floor supports the Naval Reserve Professional Development Center, Northwood and Troy State satellite facilities, Navy Campus and Learning Center, Navy Exchange Administrative Offices, and food court. The first floor is the Navy Exchange with the general retail, mini-mart, barber and beauty shops, video rental, optical shop, uniform and tailor shop, and personalized services. Also included was construction of a new Damage Control Trainer space, which provides space for hands-on damage control training for naval reserve forces.
