Atmos Energy Services Center

New Orleans, LA

The Atmos Energy Services Center was a design-build project consisting of interior and exterior renovation to a 29,000-square-foot, structural-steel office building, and new construction of a 10,678-square-foot warehouse building. Crews gutted and renovated the entire interior including offices, executive rooms, break rooms, conference rooms, service call area, restrooms and fitness room. They installed new HVAC system, electrical, plumbing, data and security systems. The meticulous build out included new paint, lighting, flooring, doors, hardware, amenities and finishes. A 3-foot protective floodwall, with removable floodgates at all operable door openings, was provided around the perimeter of the building. We also installed an elevated natural gas generator. The new warehouse is a pre-engineered metal building with oversized overhead doors to accommodate large service vehicles. The space includes an overhead crane and a mezzanine area. The project also included site work including paving, a parking lot, landscaping, outdoor lighting, signage, as well as new stone and brick veneer to the building’s exterior.
