Gibbs Construction is pleased to offer employees competitive compensation as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
Medical and Dental Coverage
Participate in a POS sponsored by BlueCross BlueShield and HMO or PPO dental plan sponsored by Aetna. Gibbs Construction will pay 55 percent of monthly premiums. Complimentary wellness tools are also provided through BCBS for all employees.
After six months of employment, employee may participate in company-sponsored 401k plan. Company match is $0.50 per $1.00 of employee contribution up to 6 percent of employee’s gross pay. Company match will pay a maximum of 3 percent of employee’s gross pay.
Eligible employees receive between 10 to 20 days per year as well as annual sick pay allowance.
Life and Disability
Eligible employees may choose to enroll in life/AD&D insurance sponsored by Prudential. Gibbs Construction will pay 50 percent of monthly premiums.
Direct deposit into any banking institution.
Educational reimbursement for pre-approved courses after one year of employment.
Eligible employees receive 9 days of holiday pay. Field employees are eligible for holiday pay after five years of employment.
Weekly Payroll Schedule
All employees are paid on a weekly basis.
In-house, on-the-job, technical, and other types of training opportunities are offered regularly.
