Gibbs understands that plant work differs from standard commercial construction, and we appreciate those necessary impacts on scheduling, site logistics, subcontractor selection, and employee qualification. We build productive relationships with the plant project team and design partners that enable collaborative problem solving. Project Management

All Gibbs Construction projects are staffed with a project manager and a field superintendent responsible for day-to-day execution of the building project. Each project is assigned experienced project executives to mentor and support the project management and field construction staff.

Safety

Safety is always the first priority on the job. To ensure the highest level of job safety we maintain a full time staff of safety professionals and have clearly empowered each member of our team to take whatever action necessary to correct an unsafe condition.

Quality Control

Quality comes from taking pride in one’s work. “Built with Pride” has been Gibbs Construction’s motto since day one and continues to be reflected in the quality of each of our projects to this day.

Scheduling

Gibbs Construction’s project management teams develop specific project schedules using Primavera P-6 scheduling software to manage production throughout the life of the project. Major subcontractor and supplier input is solicited, evaluated and input to develop a project schedule that represents accurate parameters of shop drawing, submittal, fabrication, delivery and field construction time frames.
