Your team's early involvement during the design phase and flexibility during the construction phase were instrumental in the final quality product we have now.

The Renaissance Arts Hotel project consisted of the renovation of a historic four-story, 170,000-square-foot, poured-in-place and masonry warehouse into a 225-room four-star hotel. Two 12,000-square-foot atriums were cut into the existing building to create light and interior artwork and sculpture display areas. The hotel features a restaurant, 5,000 square feet of meeting space, a rooftop pool and health facility, a 2,500-square-foot street level art gallery and a full-service laundry facility.
The circa 1910 property is on the National Historic Register and was renovated and restored in conformance with the National Park Service requirements, and qualified for federal historic tax credits.
