DESCRIPTION:
The newest edition to New Orleans Skyline, 930 Poydras, is a 21-story concrete framed, glass and insulated metal panel skinned building with many innovative amenities. The building houses three retail tenants at street level, 500 parking spaces, 250 apartments and six townhouses overlooking the interior pool deck above the parking structure. Other amenities include a skylobby and a fitness center. Several pieces of equipment were incorporated into the building design in order to enhance productivity and efficiency. The building serves as a significant urban residential and business element to the revitalization of downtown New Orleans. The building includes 10,000 sq. ft. of retail space, 200,000 sq. ft. of parking and 250,000 sq. ft. of residential space.
