DESCRIPTION: The project consists of renovations and buildout of approximately 99,000 square feet of existing leased warehouse space into the Post Office and Distribution Warehouse for the U.S. Post Office in St. Rose. The work included upgrading 18 existing dock openings, buildout of offices, restrooms and other support spaces. We provided HVAC services to the entire leased space, including air-cooled chillers, boilers, fresh air and air distribution. The existing HVAC equipment in a portion of the space was replaced. Other requirements of this project required upgrading electrical service for lighting and Postal Service equipment. We also provided an inspection service look out gallery structure, breakouts, and mezzanine security office, a CCTV security camera system and intrusion detection system and provided required upgrade to plumbing, gas service and sprinkler system along with a fire alarm system.
